"reception staff very rude"

went to oaklands 2014. Had to have the continued care which was started through the nhs the consultant left the nhs and went to this hospital no choice. Would I go there again not a chance. I was then sent to a hospital in London to be told .This is a thyroid problem. Sat shocked as I was told this is a bone and nerve issue at oaklands. Id travelled six hundred miles. To be told something totally different. Then also to be told I had also a dislocated collar bone. plus nerve damage. Then waited for London to contact me . So after a month of waiting I phoned London to be told the doctor is on leave. Phone Oakland and ask if anything has been posted to them by mistake. Only to be told by the receptionist. quote . You have been told once we dont have the facilities to treat you here go back to the GP and find yourself another orthopedic doctor . All I had phoned for was a report that may have been sent to oaklands . I couldn't get a word in edge ways with the receptionist. and felt as if I should be sat on a donkey heavily pregnant. I then phoned London back to be told . The report will be done and the doctors in London have suggested you have some physio . Shocked isn't the word . To be told by one consultant at oaklands I cannot operate on you . You could die. To wait months for the appointment in London travel six hundred miles . To be told I need physio on a dislocated collar bone. Disgusted isn't the words I have in my mind . The doctor in London had explained my first appointment had to be cancelled because the person who holds the purse strings said no they cannot take me. Months of waiting over twelve in agony on morphine just to be treated the way i was.
