Received exceptional and caring service starting with the receptionist staff, nursing team and consultant. My elderly mother had her 18 month follow up appointment following a successful operation for colon cancer. Unfortunately, she also living with dementia and on arrival the staff could see how anxious she was. Despite arriving well ahead of her allotted appointment time ( I always arrive early) she was fast tracked in a very caring way. The compassion shown by the nursing team and consultant was exceptional
