"Appalling!"

About: Lister Hospital

I was referred by my dentist to have wisdom teeth removed. I attended the consultation and pre-op assessment on the 27th January, to be told that 2 weeks later I will receive an appointment for my surgery. 4 and a half weeks later, I am told I have to wait until June for my pre-op assessment, which I've had and another X amount of weeks for the surgery I should be receiving around now, from what I've been told. Utterly and thoroughly disappointed in this service. I may as well not go through with the surgery and just put up with the discomfort and constant biting for the rest of my life. Simply pathetic!

We're sorry about what happened, but we would like to investigate what's happened to see why you were given wrong information - as well as to check if there is anything we can do to sort things out. If you are happy to give us that chance, then please email us at generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net. Once again our apologies if you feel disappointed in our service, but we do hope that you allow us to follow these very important matters up.
