"waiting time"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

I attended Burton with my husband yesterday, he had keyhole surgery to his knee 2 weeks ago and was back for results. The appointment times was 11-30am we were in the hospital at 11am and filled in time with a coffee, my husband was called at 1-05. I think there is something seriously wrong that should be addressed here, a lady sitting near us who's appointment was 11am was called just before my husband, most people were complaining about waiting time, there we cries of about time too and at last when names were called Are they booking too many appointments in the allotted time ? Perhaps a longer time slot should be allowed to see each patient. This is not the first time it has happened Is it a ploy to get more car park money from us all, as a 10min consultation ended with us being at the hospital from 11am to 1-15pm so £3 parking. When he did get to see the specialist he had trouble understanding his English.
