"Unfair Treatment"

It was really disappointing to be treated in Ealing Hospital at Day Care Centre where no one cares for the patients including Drs. My wife was sent home without having treatment as female Dr was requested (same sex) and appointment was arranged at 07:30am with a female Dr. We arrived at 0730am on the day and were told by Dr, there will be team of 11 male and female which will be present during this small operation where as only required a Dr and a Nurse. So when reminded to the Dr about the request we have made when booking appointment about 2 months ago she said there will always be team of male present during this operation and advised us to go for private treatment. So was really frustrated with the carelessness shown by the whole staff. i am unable to select department from the drop down menu below so has to select dont know. it was Brunal Day care centre.
