"Fracture clinic for fractured wrist"

I was very impressed and relieved with the excellent care and attention I got today at the fracture clinic. Everyone from the receptionist, the nurses, the doctor to the cast specialist could not have been more caring and thoughtful. At every stage they kept me informed of what was next. Equally impressive was the fact that the whole process, including X-ray, consultation and new cast on my wrist was completed in less than an hour. You hear so much bad press about the NHS, but personally I could not have been happier with the team at QA today. Thank you. 26/2/15
