I visited Ripley's Minor Injuries Unit after accidentally (obviously....) hitting my shin with a lump-hammer. The injury had seemed slow to heal and I as concerned that I might have broken or chipped a bone. From the efficient reception via triage to x-Ray reception took less than 20 minutes, and I was able to return to the MIU to hear the result of the x-Ray (no broken bones) within a further half-hour. My wound was dressed and I was on my way within a total time of just over an hour. This may well have been a quiet period, as it was a mid-week morning, but staff were clearly working hard to keep waiting time and queues to a minimum. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, pleasant and gave the clear impression of being fully focussed on my treatment. Thank you, Ripley! (I guess the normally complimentary phrase 'I'll be back!' Is not what you want to hear in a review such as this.........)
"Pleasant, prompt, efficient and reassuring service"
