"Reception staff"

About: Homerton University Hospital

Overall hospital was ok nursing and surgical staff great just a shame as reception into a/e / walkin were by far some of the rudest people. It was so bad it seems that they have been employed solely not to engage with patients and show no respect or dignity to those people using the services a little empathy and patient care is not asking much. If you doubt anything I have written please feel free to observe the reception staff at any time to witness for yourself the high level of disengagement.
