You really need to get your phone service right. Whats the point in even having phones if your not going to answer or just going to cut us off.

Unfortunately there is insufficient detail in your post for us to fully investigate the issues raised; therefore, I would ask that you contact the Trust’s Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS) to discuss these issues further and in more detail so that we can arrange for the relevant Business manager and patient services coordinator to investigate the matters you have raised.
