I’ve just been to the Huntley mount clinic in bury Manchester to see if I can get my 4 yr old daughter in after school. I was shouted at, not spoken to, by a receptionist there. As patients, we don’t need a stressed out receptionist shouting at us. I am concerned that this receptionist can't handle the responsibility of her job, perhaps she could do with some time out. Thanks 4 this website to hear my concerns. I ended up in the end walking out without an appointment...
