"Royal Bolton Hospital , A4 Ward - Avoid"

The care provided to patients on the A4 ward is a disgrace. Patients being bullied by Nurses, not having their sheets changed for days on end, being completely ignored when facilities such has fresh bags are required for incontenant patients or sick buckets are required for patients feeling nauseous. The nurses have no idea what's going on when family members ask for an update on the condition of their loved one. Due to the things I have experienced within this ward, I will never recommend the Royal Bolton Hospital to anybody. If you want your loved one to be looked after, avoid this hospital at all costs.
