"Minor Op unit"

About: Southend Hospital

Had to visit the minor op unit in Prittlewell building today. It was clean and welcoming. Staff were all lovely and there were nice touches like supplying a hot drink, and biscuits and a little dish of sweets, plus notices saying that staff supplied these and the publications on offer. Well done to them for going that extra distance in customer care!
