Hi the event was really helpful thank you and we got some good ideas about using and promoting the site - Jason's description of using Patient Opinion was an excellent addition to the day

Hi Rachael, We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed the day and that you have gone back to Sussex bubbling over with ideas! Please feel free to share on here the success you have and the ideas that really take off - it would be really valuable to all of our other subscribers. We agree - nothing quite hits the same note as someone like Jason, who has experience of using the system and who has observed (and contributed to) the postive outcomes. He has offered to make himself available to speak to volunteers/service users and carers about using the site and helping others to post so if you have a volunteer co-ordinator or similar who might be interested, just let me know.
