"Thank you"

I was referred to the CFS/ME clinic at Salford Hospital and understand it is part of the Endocrinology Dept. I was relieved to get an appointment so soon and was seen in Clinic on a Saturday. Thank you to the staff who were working hard in the weekend clinics. I was treated with both respect and dignity by the nurses and Dr. They listened to what I had to say and in explained my treatment in a way I could understand. I had many more blood tests (by a very caring and kind female nurse who takes great interest in her patients) and examination by the Dr. to make sure I got the correct diagnosis and was even referred to a website that gave information on my condition and how the treatment works...a really good handout! I feel I have been grappling in the dark for so long trying to make myself well and its been exhausting and very frustrating. Thankyou so much.
