"Long wait but worth it in the end"

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience in the Eye Clinic at University Hospital, Coventry in February 2015. I am delighted to hear that you saw fantastic nurses and doctor and you couldn't wish for better. This is the level of care we expect and strive for as a Trust strive I am delighted to hear that you had a positive experience and that you are happy with the care you received, however I appreciate that you had a long wait and for this I apologise. We do work hard to keep clinics running on time but occasionally delays do occur. I have passed your comments on to the eye clinic manager so they can reflect on your experiences and we can try to improve our services.
