"Continued poor care."

I have a lot of respect for the NHS and its services and I have therefore been very patient and understanding of the quality of service. Unfortunately it has become so poor, and disrespecting, I feel largely due to discrimination against what they believe to be a stereotype of my mental illness (in which it does not affect me medically, and I feel I have recovered the only hinderence is how I am treated) I was diagnosed with the mental illness due to childhood sexual abuse and I do not accept poor service in relation to complex trauma it is not acceptable. There are multiple occaisions in which I have received appealing treatment. It is fair to note that I have had continued physical problems since I was a child prior to traumatic experience. I have had over 12 slipped discs in the last 3 years, (that have been diagnosed) Before admittion to hospital last month I was having chronic pain in specific areas on my back (spine), along with localised numbness, inability to urinate or feel anything in that area for 2 days, incredible weakness in both legs making me unable to walk, localised pins and needles, rashes that had been appearing that felt burning to touch on my face, arms, chest, my eyes were burning and had become bright red and bloodshot, lips were burning, shooting pains throughout my body. I was hesitant to go to a and e as I never want to waste their time but unwashed getting progressively worse and although I can deal with pain it was the worst I have ever experienced. After arriving in a and e I was initially treated reasonably well, although the fact that I wasn't at my best I looked ill I wasn't able to clean myself (not a suprise) caused me to be treated with little respect. Once I was on the ward I was left for 4 hours without a check up or pain medication (which is fine I understand how busy the hospital is) the doctor who wanted me to get scans and treatment had explained what was next, I was told I was being tested for MS, optical nerve damage, blood cancer and a tumour, and then the doctors changed shift, the female doctor then asked me to explain my symptoms which I did, she then dissapeared for a further 6 hours, she came back ordering different tests (3 irrelevant tests which I already told her the results would be normal as I had them recently) I have reactive arthritis and EDS, my joints were fine they weren't inflammed and for once I wasn't aneamic, I explained that the results would be fine but still she ordered and inflammatory marker and blood cell count. After waiting another 8 hours with no visit in absolute agony, she came back saying the results were fine and because I had an MRI over a year ago on a small portion of my back that it was unlikely it could have gotten worse. (Despite severe worsening of symptoms over the year) She discharged me without a diagnosis, (she wouldn't give me any form of physical exam) I asked her to write a letter for my doctor in which she lied about discharching me with medication
