My wife was referred to A&E by our local GP. On arrival we were seen by a most helpful and compassionate receptionist to complete the required paperwork. My wife was then seen by a number of clinitions, all of wich were most helpful and very focused. My wife was sent to XRay and then returned to A&E, it was assessed that her elbow was not broken but needed to be placed in a sling, again she was looked after by a nurse. She was wonderful and most helpful. I cannot fault the A&E staff at the pilgrim, from start to finish we were completely satisfied with the service. An absolute credit to the NHS thank you Alison and David Haynes.
