"Day treatment centre"

Today myself and the wife took our daughter to the day treatment centre at the RSH to have a number of medical procedures .it was potentially a testing day due to the fact the our daughter has learning difficulties and rarely tolerates anything like this. We were both nervous of how the day would go due to past experiences with her at other establishments.However it couldn't have gone better. Right from the start the staff were fantastic . We were allocated a coordinator who organised and explained to other staff the issues to expect involving our daughter. The nursing staff ,Anesthetist ,dentist and theatre staff were accommodating,sympathetic,reassuring and extremely kind throughout our stay ,which ended successfully. Thank you to all staff involved ,you are a credit to the hospital and your profession.
