Having been referred to the A & E Department I just wanted to say that the reception, attention and treatment received in my visit was beyond exceptional Within 5 minutes of arrival I was on a trolley in a cubicle and being dealt with by a male nurse. His attentiveness and care was second to none even offering to get coffee and sandwiches in between treatments This care was also demonstrated with other members of your team I appreciate that there is currently lots of reports in the media about what is wrong in A & E departments but I thought you ought to be aware of what is right as well, often not reported Many thanks for excellent care and excellent treatment Best Wishes Anthony Vivash
