"Nothing to much trouble"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

I attended A&E with mum on Sunday the 22/2/15 she having chemo and due to high temp were advised to attend. From Triage to treatment we were both treated with dignity and respect. The care she received was outstanding and the Foundation Doctor treating mum was a credit to his profession. He explained all the procedure he was caring out and kept us informed throughout. I feel i wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for me and mum. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for posting this and we're pleased to hear that your mother was well cared for. Would you be able to call me so we can pass on your remarks to the doctor you refer to? Heather Edwards, Head of Communications, 01204 390363. or email heather.edwards@boltonft.nhs.uk
