In August I received treatment for a gall bladder problem. I was pleased with the speed with which I was able to get into the hospital and with the standard of care I received from all of the staff. However I am not happy that I had to wait for 8 hours, sitting in an uncomfortable chair. I think that a better waiting area should be provided, with more comfortable seats.
