my husband was rushed in to surgery for septicimia, and had a cyst removed in his armpit, he is black, and over time a keloid scar grew and grew, he had cream, dressings, injections, allthough doctors actually disagreed wher injections should be, in one case the needle bent, and they could not inject, now the scar is 3 times the size, half inch in depth, suffers pins and needles, must be nerve damage, my point is gp wrote to hospital as he hadn't had a appointment through, for a while for next injection, he phoned today and the GP said they had received a letter saying funding had stopped for this treatment, and had my husband received a letter. NO HE HAD NOT.
so you just stop treatment, tell no one, and leave him like this? How do we get my husbands medical treatment records, and what do we need to fill in for them to be released to claims company, as we intend to sue for negligence, under data protection we must fill out something and want info on how to do this, as delays in treatment have cause this
"funding stopped of keloid scar removal,"
