I think is really important to compliment staff on good outcomes so although this was a minor op the care and attention was excellent.

I recently has 2 small polyps removed on my lip at Dumfries & Galloway Day surgery.

I got quite anxious about the possible scarring before the op but was given great reassurance from staff at DGRI. On the day, the staff at Day surgery, the dentist and the surgeon were friendly, reassuring and carried out the small op with skill and efficiency and I am pleased to say it has healed well with no scarring whatsoever, as promised!

Thank you so much for taking the time to compliment staff on the positive experience you had on the Day Surgery Unit. They will be delighted to hear your comments. Having surgery is always an anxious time and the impact of having a procedure on your face will inevitably increase the worry. It is great your operation was such a success with no scarring.
