Incredibly helpful staff who seemed to be on top of their game with everything feeling as if it was running like clockwork. All medical procedures were explained in a way to make sure there was no doubt of what was happening, whilst I never felt patronised or talked down to. Overall there was a professional but still warm atmosphere to proceedings. The free refreshments consisted of a tea/coffee with toast or a small pack of about 3 biscuits. Both tea and biscuits were quality if somewhat limited due to the medical procedures undertaken. Therefore, not much to say really except, in conclusion: faultless health care provided and I have no quandary recommending this unit's services to others.
