"Sensitive, speedy and discreet."

I had to attend Hospital with some acute pain recently, referred in to Urology by my GP. I went to A&E in the evening. It was my first visit to the new building and I found it clean & pleasant. All of the staff were very kind and helpful and I was seen by a specialist within 2 hours. My condition was potentially "embarrassing" but I experienced a personalised service handled with discretion, delicacy, good humour and sensitivity. I could not imagine a better service from any of the three people who dealt with my problem.
