"felt rushed"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I attended an appointment in Jan 2015. I've had a MRI scan which showed slipped disc and bulging discs also arthritis in most of my spine and neck. I felt the consultant didn't listen to me and felt rushed. I am in some sort of pain all the time and was looking forward to hearing what can be done to help me with the pain. I was told my spine for a 44yr old woman was average and the pain im experiencing was nothing to do with my spine . Was told to go back to my doctor to be referred to a neurologist ( even though nerve damaged had been ruled out from my mri) and try some pain management. I was in the room not much longer than 5 min. Since having my appointment I have been off work on 2 occasions now....but apparently this has nothing to do with my spine and it's condition.
