About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

- The overall process was okay

- The only issue was the choice of appointments – so I had no say on dates/suitability – I had to re-arrange it due to work commitments. This counted towards the 2 you are allowed to rebook which is unfair in my view as I didn’t arrange it in the first place. I had to also rearrange my 2nd appointment as daughter was at college. I was told if I miss the next one I couldn’t be seen! (unfair as genuine rebooking! With notice given! )

I am sorry that the Hospital Access Policy caused problems for you. Unfortunately this is outside TRAQS control. If you would like the opportunity to discuss your concerns with the hospital staff please contact the PALS Office at the hospital you arranged to be seen at (you do not mention where you arrranged to be seen).
