About: The Princess Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I cannot fault action taken by GP or staff at the endoscopy unit at PRH. All the nursing staff before and after the procedure were excellent in their approach to me, taking time to explain everything, putting one at ease + giving time for me to ask any questions I have. Their attitude and caring was excellent, thank you so much.
