Overall it was good apart from the two months wait, from the date of my referral to my appointment date. Especially with being off work at the time. Finally six months after my first visit to my GP I am now getting sorted and can now return to work.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to the request for feedback.

I am pleased that you found the overall experience a positive one.

Unfortunately TRAQS can only offer appointments when they have been released by the hospitals and in some cases this can lead to a longer than anticipated waiting time to be seen. I am sure that you can appreciate that this is outside TRAQS control.

Thank you again for sharing your experience with the TRAQS team we hope that you are feeling better following your treatment and we wish you well for the future.
