"Maddocks Physiotherapy and TRAQS"

About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

The doctor told me that she would make an urgent referral for me. I expected no contact until the new year but was very pleasantly surprised to be contacted by TAQS within a week. They gave me options and told me what would happen next. I then got a phone call from the Maddocks within a matter of days and the women I spoke to go me an appointment very quickly. She was also extremely helpful with directions to get there.

My appointment went very well. The therapist was experienced and very knowledgeable. She explained everything extremely well and gave me confidence that she could help with my problem. I have another appointment in a week’s time which is brilliant. They are very accommodating and I am impressed with their service. I did not have the same experience when I went to the PRH for physio a few years ago. Well done.
