I have attended one session. This was utilised as an introduction to both my therapist and the treatment I will receive.
My therapist was very approachable, patient and explained the nature of the session and the future sessions in a straightforward manner; always taking time to ensure I understood and was happy with the information given.
Attending the “unknown” can often be daunting. My therapist, whilst being highly professional, immediately made me feel at ease and safe.
