I was in for Gallbladder removal, I did have to wait due to a major op, but that can be forgiven. I had problems in recovery room, but they were so good. The staff on B4 were friendly and excellent. I have never been in hospital for an operation before and I had a preconception of it being dirty and staff not caring, the ward was nothing like this. The staff on B4 made my staff comfortable and not frightening.
