Paramedics called to my husband, suffering a suspected heart attack, did ECG and gave medication at home and in the ambulance. In A&E, he was promptly examined and treated by nurse and doctor. On transfer to medical assessment ward and later a renal ward, he was attended promptly, monitored throughout and tests were quickly sent back by the lab. He had thorough, efficient and kind treatment from medical and nursing staff at all stages . Doctors patiently answered questions and I was thoughtfully included in discussions throughout. His problem was diagnosed and treated well. Our heartfelt thanks for wonderful treatment and service at all stages.
