On the 27th of January I arrived at agh scared and worried about my hip replacement surgery that morning from the moment I arrived the staff made me feel at ease everything that was about to happen was explained and nothing was ever to much trouble everyone involved with me during my stay there was absolutely amazing and lovely and I cannot thank them enough.it annoyes me when certain individuals slate the nhs and staff but as I see it some people are never satisfied and moan just for the sake of it. The nhs is a fantastic service the medical staff work really hard especially those nurses.credit should be given where it's due to those who deserve it.so thank you once again agh and much gratitude to the lovely staff of ward 20 many thanks denise higson
