About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Neurosurgery

(as the patient),

I came in for Jugular Foramen Decompression. Unfortunately my operation got cancelled two times due bed crisis then major incident.

Eventually admitted on J3 by a friendly nurse called Jeanette. She was so friendly, approachable, caring, and reassuring. In the end stayed in for 8 nights on day ward. In this time I was in good care my numerous of staff including Nikki and Melissa. Several others to mentioned but don't know there names.

On day of op I was so calm which I'm still today find suprising, as been worrying for so long.
