"Unco-operative verging on uncaring"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I complained about an operation. It was the wrong surgeon, chose the wrong foot, did the wrong operation - very badly. Received a reply in 3 days????? No! 4 months and nothing done without my pushing and insisting that it be redone correctly. It was - eventually.
