"First class care."

Stupidly, after four pints this evening, I had to attend A&E at The Royal having hit my head above a staircase. I cannot express how impressed I am. I was treated quickly with respect, even though 'a pint too many' had contributed to my fall. The staff were polite and I could not thank them or apologise enough. They were a credit to their profession and to the healthcare industry and I am now home with advice and reassurance. To have such a service is incredible. A brilliant hospital in my experience.
