"visiting friend on nason ward"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services

On Friday 13th of February my husband and myself visited our close friend on the above ward and we found her half way down the bed uncovered with no under wear on. This was very distressing to the both of us while the nurses just walked by and not one took the time to rectify it. Is it because she is 85years old? Even then she would be distraught if we had told her about this episode. She has had a fall resulting in a bleed on the brain, her glasses were on the floor, her nighty and bedlinen was dirty absolutely disgusting. Today, the 16th of febuary we visted her again and while there we watched a cleaner clean the sink in the ward with blue paper cold water and wipe that area around. If this is what you call cleaning it's no wonder george eliot has a bad name. If this were my mother I would have had her moved out.
