"thank you : )"

i brought my 6 year old daughter to a&e 2 weeks ago after she had a fall at school, i suspected she had broke her arm which once she was looked at which was immediatly as we got to a&e my suspisons were right, she had a displaced supracondylar fracture! she had a cast applied straight away & an x ray after then i was told she needed to have an operation to have wires fittes which i was surprised how quick they got her to theatre, we got to a&e at 2pmish & by 4:10pm she was in theatre! absoloutly fantastic! she was well looked after, the drs & nurses made us both feel comfortable & also cheered us up especially me as i waa probally more upset then my daughter. we were told we would have to stay overnight which my daughter was hapoy about because she was loving all the attention off the fantastic staff! eventually we were put on bergholt ward & theres honestly not one thing you could complain about! everyone is kind, friendly, & nothing is ever to much, we were actually made to feel right at home, my daughter was actually sad to leave the next morning! we are now being seen in the fracture clinc & again, theres not nothing you complain about, absoloutly brilliant. thank you for all your hard work & keep up the good work. x
