"My treatment was excellent but they didn't phone me back"

(as the patient),

I had a colonoscopy at the UCLH earlier this month. The treatment I had was excellent.

The only complaint I have is before attending I left two messages on the answer phone and was never phoned back.

I am pleased that to read that the treatment you recently received was excellent.

Unfortunately, it is not clear from your feedback exactly which department you called prior to your colonoscopy.

I will send your comments to the Department that are responsible for booking Endoscopy procedures and also to the Administration Manager, so your comments can be passed to the relevant Medical Personal Assistants.
