"Knee Operation"

Having submitted a review saying I was unhappy with waiting times I was admitted for surgery in February '15. Once admitted I could not find fault with anything about this department. The premises were spotlessly clean and all the staff I met were informative, attentive, compassionate and reassuring. They were obviously very busy and didnt stop working but everything was done with a smile on their faces and a cheerful demeanour. They are a credit to the hospital and if this was TripAdvisor I would give them a 5 star rating. A big thank you to all involved.
