I would like to say huge thank you to all staff in Ketterring maternity ward. I am first time mum and as much as i was prepare for labour and i was conscious about all possible scenarios labour itself did not go totally like i hoped. However i didn't need to worry about anything as staff were really supportive friendly and really knew their stuff . My heart melted when 3 am one of nurses knowing that i was in labour for two days, and i could not drink or eat all that time , brought me a toast and tea . I know labour can be a scary experience but i wasnt scare at all and thanks to support i got from all the amazing staff i want to go back there :) ( haha we plan second baby soon ) . Thank you

It is with great pleasure that I respond to your comments about the care you received from the Maternity team in January this year. We work very hard to provide person centred individualised care to ensure that all patients have a positive experience. Your comments have shown us how important and beneficial this is. We are so pleased that you felt the care, support and advise you were given met all your needs and we hope that it was a good start to being a new Mum. Your comments will be shared with the team and are very much appreciated.
