"pain clinic ....great service"

In October last year my elderly father was referred to this clinic because of chronic, debilitating pain in his hands. I attended with him as he is very hard of hearing.

We were seen by Mr Pitchaiah. He was thorough, informative and kind, such a contrast to many we have seen consultants who are short, dismissive and condescending. He took time with my father, covered his history thoroughly and answered any questions either of us had. I would like to put on record how important this was and say thank you to him and his nurses, who were also very kind and caring.
