I was a patient at the ophthalmology department at the QMC earlier this month. The best thing about my treatment was that it was done quickly. I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed or angry at any point and I cannot think of anything that could have been better. I think there was very good transport to and back from the hospital with the ambulance.
