I was seen within 3 hours of an emergency referral from my optician, and all my follow appointments have had the same high standards of care from nursing and medical staff. However all my subsequent appointments have been changed at least once. The last one has just been postponed for the third time, so by the time I'm seen it will be 9 months rather than the 6 months specified by my consultant.
