After waiting a long time for a appointment ? My husband was seen on this month for chorinc pain .what a joke ? We where seen by a doctor who didn't nothing but complaint about the medication that he was on ??like we said it was another pain team who put him on it on it not us .We where spoken to like we where 2 years old .I will never go to St Thomas again ?????? I thought it would have been a good hospital for pain how wrong was I ???My husband felt very down when leaving has we had traveled a long way to the hospital appointment?

I was sorry to read that you and your husband were unhappy with the consultation described in your feedback. Clearly it was a distressing experience. I am especially sorry that you both left the hospital feeling disappointed by the Pain Clinic. I have discussed your feedback with the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) and the Service Manager of the Pain Clinic. They would like to be able to respond to your comments and – better still – to provide you and your husband with a full explanation and apology for your experience and discuss next steps regarding your husband’s treatment. Unfortunately, they are not able to do this without further details.
