Having been debilitated and in pain for over a year, I was referred to a consultant at Sunderland Royal. He gave me excellent advice, referred me for an MRI scan, prescribed the correct pain relief and then sent me for physio. From being unable to turn my neck or raise my arms for more than a few seconds, I now have full range of mobility of neck and arms, and have managed to progress to Pilates. Quite simply, I now have my life back. Cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone
