"Easily the best hospital eperience i have ever had..."

My previous ten years with severe bad back, neck pain had resulted in the usual brush off from the local hospital. Numerous appointments to Bournemouth hospital were really pointless and painful. As my condition got worse I had to take pain killers and other associated pills which were not for the condition. Complaining to Bournemouth hospital was pointless and actually the "specialists" there were actually trying to fob me off, and others which was ridiculous. I was then referred to Newhall hospital, Salisbury in December 2015. I was advised that it was a private hospital but did cater for the NHS as well. I had a phone call, a good briefing over the phone and directions etc. Instantly it gave you the feeling of a professional hospital. On arrival I waited a very short time, escorted and greeting very friendly staff indeed. A short meeting with a specialist who knew what they were doing and saying instantly advised me (after x-ray) that I had severe problems with neck. The week after another test, and I had severe problems with hand. The week later I was advised of operation date! Operation date was this feb 2015, again felt at ease and I was not nervous at all. Full briefing and advice given all the way. The operation was a major success, the room was incredible, food outstanding and the staff were just outstanding. I wish to thank all the staff, the hospital and the anyone else involved. I feel so much better, it will take a few months to get back to full power but i can use my hands and no pain in the neck at all. This has basically saved me from a life of pain. I hope this is the way forward for the NHS, brilliant staff and doing an incredible job night and day. if anyone is listening this is really the way forward.
