I went to see one of the gastroenterologist doctors as an outpatient.
They did not have my records there - they had to find them. I had to wait an extra hour till they got them and when they did I went in to see the doctor. The doctor was very funny with me, which made me feel like walking out.
I was upset all day. I wanted to complain but I thought what is the point? I thought the doctors were supposed to make you feel welcome.
