Started of in A & E and was greeted by a member of staff who was kind understanding and helpful. After waiting in a clean , calm waiting area my mum was seen by a doctor who was knowledgeable , gentle and sensitive to my mums condition . He managed to get the dermatology consultant to see her at the end of his clinic and my mum came away with hope and a light at the end of what had been a very dark tunnel. Thank you Ipswich hospital
